Immune-Frame™:
An Immune
System Blood Test
for Cellular Therapy
Understanding Your Immune System’s
Readiness for
Cellular Therapy.
Immune-Frame™
Every patient's immune system is different — and that difference can shape how ready your body is for certain cellular therapies.
Think of your immune system as a vehicle about to take on a big journey.
Immune-Frame™ is that check. It's a blood test that looks at key immune cell markers and inflammatory signals — a look under the hood — so your medical team can see where your immune system stands before therapy begins, and again after, to see whether it's holding onto what it's built.
What Exactly Is Immune-Frame™
Some that raise the alarm,
Some that attack directly,
Some that remember past threats.
Immune-Frame™ looks at a wide set of these cells and signals together, across several key areas of immune function, to build a picture of how your immune system is currently positioned going into immunotherapy like Clavic-Q-Re or an autologous tumour vaccine.
After therapy, Immune-Frame™ is used again — this time to check whether your immune system is actually holding onto the long-term memory the therapy was meant to build. Your medical team still makes every decision — this just means they’re not deciding blind, before treatment or after.
Why Would That Matter to You?
Most people don’t think to check the engine, the tires, the fuel line until something already feels wrong on the road. Immune-Frame™ is that check — not because something is assumed to be wrong, but because knowing the vehicle’s condition beforehand is simply more useful than finding out halfway there.
Immune-Frame™ moves that discovery earlier, so it can inform the plan instead of following behind it. This may be particularly relevant if you:
Preparing for a Cellular Therapy
Immune-Frame™ checks whether your immune system is currently ready to respond and flags anything that may need addressing before your therapy is administered.
A Result That Needs Correcting
This is not a stop sign — it is a head start. Many markers may respond to nutritional or lifestyle support before treatment begins.
After Cellular Therapy
A follow-up Immune-Frame™ checks whether your immune system is holding onto the long-term memory the therapy was meant to build, typically over the following two years.
Preparing for a Future Repeat Therapy
If the cancer changes over time and repeat therapy becomes necessary, a new Immune-Frame™ can be part of preparing for treatment again.
The test investigates three areas — each one a different part of how your immune system deals with cancer cells, and how it engages with cellular therapy:
Immune Activation
Immune Activation
Whether your dendritic cells are present and doing their job: identifying abnormal cells and presenting them to the immune system as targets. Cellular therapy directs an attack on cancer cells — but that attack has to be aimed correctly first.
Immune Response
Whether your humoral and cellular immunity — the antibody-based and cell-based ways your immune system attacks — and your non-specific immune response are functioning. This is the part that does the direct work: recognising cancer cells and acting against them.
Immune Regulation and Memory
Whether immunosuppressive activity — signals that may hold your immune response back — is present, and whether your immune memory can sustain that response over time rather than fading once treatment ends.
How Immune-Frame™
Fits Into Your Treatment Plan
For Some Patients
A result confirms readiness — one less unknown before therapy begins.
For Others
A result adds something specific to plan around, which your medical team factors in alongside everything else they already know about your case.
Understanding Your Results with Oritov
We Help You Understand What the Results Show
Immune findings can be unfamiliar and difficult to interpret on your own. We explain what the report shows, how certain markers relate to your readiness for cellular therapy, and the questions you may wish to discuss with your medical team.
Supporting Your Medical Team
Immune-Frame provides additional immune information that can become part of a broader discussion about your treatment. By helping both patients and healthcare professionals understand the report, we aim to make these conversations clearer and more informed.

A Ready Immune System Starts With Knowing Where You Stand
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does a result that flags something mean I can't get cellular therapy?
No. In most cases it means there’s a step to take first — often nutritional or lifestyle support — before therapy proceeds, not a decision that therapy is off the table. Your medical team decides what that step looks like and when you’re ready to move forward.
Will speaking with your team feel like a sales pitch?
No. The initial conversation is there to help you and your medical team work out whether Immune-Frame is relevant to your specific situation — including telling you if it isn’t. There’s no obligation to proceed after that conversation.
Is Immune-Frame™ the same as a general immune system blood test?
What does this cost, and is it covered?
Cost depends on your specific situation and testing pathway, and coverage varies. This is one of the things to raise in your first conversation with your medical team or with Oritov directly, so you have real numbers before deciding anything.
If my cellular therapy needs to be repeated, do I need another Immune-Frame™?
Usually, yes. If your cancer changes and a new therapy target is needed, a new Immune-Frame gives your medical team a current picture to work from — the same starting point as the first time, updated for where things stand now.
